RITEK® CUSTOM ROOF PANEL
Ritek’s ceiling and roofing system,
also known as an insulated sandwich
roof panel, combines the strength of
COLORBOND® Custom Orb sheeting (top
and bottom sheets) and profiled Expanded
Polystyrene (EPS) core, bonded together
in varying thicknesses. Our 200mm composite
roof panels provide thermal values up
to R5.00.
This combination of high yield strength
has proven unsupported spans of up to
9.625 metres, greatly reducing the need
for costly, obtrusive supports such
as beams, posts and trusses. The result
is unobstructed views that allow internal
space to evolve. Protection from glare
is provided by the brilliant cantilever
capability of up to half the back span
(up to 4metres)! This ability allows
designers unlimited applications to
maximize openings for windows for natural
light.

RITEK®
XL WALL SYSTEM
The Ritek® XL Wall System is pre-fabricated
to your exact requirements. The self-contained
structural unit is lined both sides with
high quality, durable fibre cement sheets,
forming an envelope with composite studs
and aluminium bottom / top tracks which
are formed in place, then core-filled
with our specified concrete mix.
This method of pre-finished concrete reinforced
wall system provides you greater efficiencies
as the building services are installed
as the walls are erected. The high structural
capability and strength of the thinner
walls, act as deep beams and transfer
walls reducing floor slab thickness, reducing
conventional formed beams and columns.
