ABOUT GREEN STAR™ RATING
Green Star™ is a voluntary rating system developed by the Green Building Council of Australia to evaluate the environmental design, efficiency and performance of Australian buildings. It is currently mostly applied to larger commercial or high-rise building structures.

The Ritek® Custom Roof Panel can play a role in both new building design and rebuilding of existing structures, and can help you achieve your Green Star™ ratings. The custom roof panel allows clear spans up to 11 metres unsupported maximizing internal space and keeping it free from columns, allowing unimpeded internal space to evolve.

Ritek® Custom Roof Panel is perfect for open space straight contemporary design or can be formed into multi-configurations of curved and multi-curved roof panels. This flexibility and the brilliant cantilever capability of up to half the back span, provides protection from glare while allowing unlimited applications to designers to maximize openings for windows for natural light.

Make the most of local climatic conditions, capture cool breezes and improve interior space ventilation. Ritek® insulated roof panels can reduce energy needs and impact on emissions, are fibre-free and help maintain temperatures for a higher level of thermal comfort.

The prefinished ceiling lining of COLORBOND® Custom Orb sheeting means your insulation is completely contained within the ceiling cavity, clean and non-allergenic as there are no volatile organic compounds (VOC) or Formaldehyde content on the finished product. The roof systems double overlap joint also eliminates the need to sealants for standard roofing applications.

Ritek® Custom Roof Panels are prefabricated so they are quick and easy install, reduce construction waste going back into landfill and allow for a safer and cleaner worksite. Further savings in project and energy costs are achieved by the elimination of material and trade labour costs for paint and eave linings and the superior spanning and cantilever capability reduces the need for expensive and obtrusive support structures such as roof trusses and beams.

Ritek® Custom Roof Panels are designed for adaptability and disassembly. Ritek® roof products are designed so that they can be disassembled and reused in their current form for future applications, saving on the cost and energy of making new products or the costs associated with recycling products.

RITEK® XL WALL SYSTEM
The Ritek® XL Wall System can play an important role in new building design, help achieve Green Star™ ratings and be used for structural walls, lift shafts, party walls and stairwells both internally and externally. The current response from the building industry has been excellent and indicates that the Ritek® XL wall system is the future in wall building. It is proving to be a viable, competitively priced alternative to traditional concrete and masonry based methods such as precast, block and veneer. The XL Wall System maximizes internal space, keeping it free from traditional battens and plasterboard linings, with a durable high quality finish.

The Ritek® XL Wall System produces less waste throughout its lifecycle as the system is manufactured to order. Our wall system not only reduces waste during manufacturing, it will also minimise waste onsite during and after construction. This ultimately results in less waste to landfill, while creating a safe onsite working environment for workers.

The Ritek® XL Wall System helps to conserve our most precious of resources, water. There is no water utilized in our panel manufacturing process or onsite during panel installation.

The Ritek® XL Wall System uses adhesives with nil solvent, nil volatile organic compounds (VOC) content nor Formaldehyde. Our wall system does not use PVC plastics in the panel finish or onsite wall construction process.

The Ritek® XL Wall System is prefabricated so it is quick and easy to install. Significant savings are afforded to builders in time, energy and project costs by the reduction of time required onsite for crane, scaffold, trade labour and other services compared to conventional building methods.
