MAWAR APARTMENTS are an exceptionally well finished, tastefully set out combination of six 2 bedroom, nine 3 bedroom and three 3 bedroom plus one study dwellings in two, four storey buildings, complete secure undercover car parking facilities.

These apartment buildings were constructed using 150mm Ritek wall panels. This proved a unique ability for the engineering of these apartments enabling completion to be achieved in less than six months. In addition to this, all tiling within the buildings was done in porcelain tiles with 1.5mm grout lines giving a high quality finish.

The Electrical fixtures were done in stainless steel finishes to achieve a quality look throughout. All bench tops in the Kitchen are marble. Each apartment balcony comes complete with a BBQ, Stainless Steel Sink and preparation bench.

These quality apartments have proven to be even better value for money as the original sale price of these has increased substantially from day one returning to those owners who have wished to sell a substantial windfall, but most have chosen to retain their investment, as there are not many apartments of this quality available in the market today.
