Our Privacy Policy is a statement that explains how we collect, store and use personal information. This document was last updated and is effective from 03 August 2011.

1. WHO IS RITEK®?

Ritek® refers to Building Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 010 406 185, ATF The Building Solutions Unit Trust ABN 22750 783 065.

"Personal information" means information that identifies you or by which your identity can be reasonably determined, such as your name, email address or telephone number.

3. WHY DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect personal information to provide you or your organisation with products and services, to fulfil related administrative functions (eg billing), and for marketing and customer relationship purposes. If we cannot collect or use your personal information, we cannot do these things.

4. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Usually we will collect your personal information directly from you. Sometimes we will use our agents or contractors to collect your information and provide it to us. We may also collect your information from other sources, such as organisations that provide products and services to Ritek®, your agents and contractors, and public sources.

We only collect information that is necessary for us to conduct our business. The kinds of personal information we collect will depend on the products and services you enquire about or request from us. Typically, this includes your name, contact details and payment information. We generally do not collect sensitive information (information relating to your racial origin, political opinion, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, criminal history or health information).

We may disclose your personal information to our agents and contractors who help us to provide and market our products and services to you. If we do this, we generally require them to protect your information in the same way we do. We may also disclose your personal information to your agents and contractors.

Under no circumstances will we sell your personal information to someone else.

This may include restricting access to personal information, entering into confidentiality agreements with third parties that may have access to your personal information, and using up-to-date technological protection measures.

8. CAN YOU ACCESS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION RITEK HOLDS ABOUT YOU?

You may access most personal information we hold about you. If we deny access in some circumstances we will tell you why. To request access, please contact our office as set out at the end of this document.

9. DOES THIS POLICY CHANGE?

We regularly review our Privacy Policy as our business evolves, and to comply with changes in the law. Our current Privacy Policy is available from our website, or by contacting us. The date our Privacy Policy was last updated is shown at the top of this document.
