Our Privacy Policy is a statement that

Ltd ACN 010 406 185, ATF The Building
Solutions Unit Trust ABN 22750 783 065.

which your identity can be reasonably

We only collect information that is
necessary for us to conduct our business.
The kinds of personal information we
collect will depend on the products
and services you enquire about or request
from us. Typically, this includes your
name, contact details and payment information.
We generally do not collect sensitive
information (information relating to
your racial origin, political opinion,
religious beliefs, sexual preferences,
criminal history or health information).

to our agents and contractors who help
us to provide and market our products
and services to you. If we do this,
we generally require them to protect
your information in the same way we
do. We may also disclose your personal

reside in. We will also disclose your
information if we are required to do
so by law, or to enforce an agreement

Under no circumstances will we sell

and using up-to-date technological protection
measures.

ABOUT YOU?
You may access most personal information
we hold about you. If we deny access
in some circumstances we will tell you
why. To request access, please contact
our office as set out at the end of
this document.
9. DOES THIS
POLICY CHANGE?
We regularly review our Privacy Policy
as our business evolves, and to comply
with changes in the law. Our current
Privacy Policy is available from our
website, or by contacting us. The date
our Privacy Policy was last updated
is shown at the top of this document.
