Not only are Ritek’s products environmentally sustainable, our company monitors its manufacturing operation’s impact on the environment and has done so since inception. Long before sustainability had become ‘popular’, when Ritek Building Solutions was founded, the aim was to encourage sustainability and efficiency in the building industry.

Ritek Building Solutions is a proud EcoBiz partner as part of the EcoBiz program, the Environmental Protection Agency’s signature partnership program with Queensland business and industry, in order to identify efficiencies in waste, water and energy.

Since becoming EcoBiz partners, we have reduced our operating costs and our carbon footprint.  Buoyed by our program's success, we have also engaged a company to assist us with our new recycling initiative and our target is to recycle over 80% of all manufacturing and office waste.

Ritek been assessed and confirmed by the EPA, as part of the EcoBiz program of adhering to all environmental laws, regulations and codes of practice.
