Ritek Building Solutions is the leading manufacturer of the innovative XL Wall System, an insitu system consisting of prefabricated panels used to provide permanent formwork for reinforced concrete walls.  The wall system provides a cost effective building method that achieves the benefits of solid steel-reinforced concrete walls quickly, reduces materials and handling costs and provides a safer cleaner workplace.

Suitable for use in residential, multi-residential and commercial and public buildings as load bearing structural walls up to 25 storeys or higher in non load-bearing capacities.

The wall system is made up of shop drawn, lightweight panels made from fibre cement sheets bonded to vertical composite studs that are delivered to site, installed by hand, braced, and reinforced both horizontally and vertically with electrical and plumbing services installed into the walls.  All aluminium components and accessories used are protected by a chromate coating.

Depending on the application, the advantages of the XL Wall System can be from reduced materials handling and cranage to faster build times and savings on constructions costs.
