Where is each Panel Type Used ?
The

upon your structural, fire and sound
requirements of your project. This
will need to be determined by the
Architect and Project Engineer.
As a very general rule the 115mm
XL Wall System is used for buildings
up to 3-4 stories with the thicker
panels generally used on taller
structures. This opinion will need
to be confirmed by the Project Engineer
for each project.
What Sizes do the Panels Come in ?

to suit the project according to
detailed work shop drawings. However
to minimize the costs associated
with this system it is best to design
buildings that use as much standard

weeks.
What Finishes do you Recommend ?
The
external finish should be an acrylic
based texture finish with a minimal
thickness of 2 mm - 3 mm. This should
be installed in accordance with
the manufacturers specification.
The internal surface is pre-finished
ready for the joints to be set and
then painted. This should be completed
in accordance with standard procedures
as detailed by the supplier and
will result in a Level 4 finish
which is the generally accepted
level of finish for residential
construction.
PLEASE NOTE: For residential
applications of the XL Wall System, the
minimum requirement for a project is 800m2
which is typically a 5 bedroom house.
